Who we are
Mind Matrix Technologies is a software company in Ahmedabad. We build web applications, mobile apps and the admin systems behind them, and we run one product of our own.
Most of our work is long-running. We are the mobile and dashboard team for a US company making a wearable for senior care, and we build the mobile application for a global HR software vendor. Those relationships are measured in years, not sprints, which changes how we write code — someone is going to have to read it again next year, and it is usually us.
The product side keeps us honest. Running something where real money moves out to real people every day teaches you things about error states that no client brief ever will.

Not values on a wall. Each of these changes something about how a project with us actually runs.

Scope in writing, including what is out
Version one has a boundary. We write down what it will not do, so nobody discovers it three weeks before launch.

Working screens every week
Not a status percentage. Something you can open and click, from the second week onwards.

You own it from day one
The repository, the hosting account, the domain, the store listings. All in your name from the start, not handed over at the end.

We say no to work we would do badly
If a job needs a skill we do not have, or a timeline that is not real, we say so before you have paid us anything.

Error states are part of the design
Anyone can draw the screen where everything worked. We spend the time on the one where the payment failed.

Plain language, everywhere
In the interface, in the reports and on this website. If a sentence needs a glossary, it is the wrong sentence.
