Terms of use

Last updated 26 August 2026

This is a working draft written by the team who built the site. Have a lawyer read it before you rely on it.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website. They do not govern any software project. Project work runs under a separate written agreement signed by both sides, and where the two disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Using the site

You may read the site, share links to it and quote from it with attribution. You may not copy the site wholesale, scrape it at a volume that affects other visitors, or present our work as your own.

What is on the site

We try to keep everything here accurate and current. Descriptions of services, timelines and capabilities are descriptions, not offers, and nothing on this site forms a contract on its own.

Case studies describe work honestly as we experienced it. Where a client is not named, that is at their request.

Your enquiry

Sending an enquiry does not create a working relationship or an obligation on either side. It starts a conversation. We usually reply within a working day, but we do not guarantee a reply.

Do not send confidential information through the form. If you need to share something sensitive, tell us and we will agree a way to do it properly.

Intellectual property

The text, design, code and marks on this site belong to Mind Matrix Technologies. Client names, logos and product names referred to belong to their owners.

Ownership of work we build for a client is set out in that client's agreement. Our normal position is that the client owns it.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. We are not liable for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of information on this site alone. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat having jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when we last did.
