Android and iOS developer

We build the mobile applications for a US senior-care wearable company and for a global HR software vendor. Both are live, both ship regularly, and both go to people who are not sitting comfortably at a desk when they use them.

We are looking for someone to work on them with us.

What you would do

• Build screens and flows natively in Kotlin and Swift, from a design through to a store release
• Work on the parts that are genuinely hard: Bluetooth pairing that has to stay honest, offline capture that has to survive a bad connection, sync that has to resolve conflicts without losing anyone's day
• Test on cheap real handsets, not only simulators
• Talk directly to the client team. There is no account manager in between

What we are looking for

• Two years or more shipping native Android or iOS apps that other people have used
• Comfortable with Kotlin or Swift, the platform UI toolkit, and REST APIs
• You have taken an app through App Store and Play Console review at least once, including a rejection
• You can explain a technical decision to someone non-technical without making them feel small

Nice, not required

• Bluetooth LE experience
• Having worked on something where errors mattered — payments, health, logistics

How we work

Small team, on-site in Ahmedabad. Working screens every week rather than status reports. You will own features end to end, and your name will be on the commits.
